Geriatric Medicine Peer Reviewer Opportunity

As a freelance peer reviewer in geriatric medicine, you will assess the quality and validity of research manuscripts. This involves evaluating whether the manuscript is original and adds new knowledge or insights to the field of study.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing manuscripts in geriatric medicine, with a focus on their novelty, study design and methodology, literature review, results and conclusions, and overall impact. They will also provide constructive feedback to authors, suggesting improvements or highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.

Key Requirements
  • A doctoral degree (PhD/MD) or equivalent advanced degree in geriatric medicine.
  • At least two publications in the last two years in geriatric medicine.
  • Thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within the field of geriatric medicine.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
