In this role, you will drive quality across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition to release.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create comprehensive reports of test results and errors detected.
  2. Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure system requirements are met.
  3. Document system functionalities throughout the quality control process and software development cycle.
  4. Communicate issues promptly with the relevant stakeholders.
  5. Design automated test scripts to enhance testing speed and software delivery.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve team and framework capabilities.
  7. Collaborate with development and product management teams to drive comprehensive requirements for system enhancements and new features.

You will analyze end-user requirements to create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in testing, building, or supporting web applications.
  • Experience testing APIs and client applications.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems such as Jira, aha, etc.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
