Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst to drive financial insights and identify gaps in our business operations. This role is critical in delivering financial analysis, developing strategies, and recommending data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries. They will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions.
This opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments to drive business growth and improvement. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating and analyzing business and financial operations, and developing, monitoring, and interpreting financial and operational performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analyses and make recommendations to improve business processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
- Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
- Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
- Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
- Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
