Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support digital campaigns and create sales materials that drive growth across event markets. This role involves working with clients in the hospitality industry, emphasizing creativity, detail, and connection.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who thrives behind the scenes, balances creativity with structure, takes initiative, and leverages tools to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and format B2B sales collateral including fact sheets, proposals, and packages.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized asset library with collateral, imagery, and templates.
  • Update and optimize B2B websites and landing pages.
  • Design and schedule targeted email campaigns.
  • Create seasonal B2B packages (holiday, weddings, retreats).
  • Monitor competitor marketing and provide monthly trend reports.
  • Coordinate posting of B2B-focused social media content.
  • Utilize AI tools to draft copy, repurpose content, and generate visuals.
  • Track campaign performance and share key reports.
  • Maintain content and posting calendars for promotions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing coordination or design (hospitality/events a plus).
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Experience using AI tools for copywriting and design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote setup.
