Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the market sector and develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Utilize creative approaches to recruitment and ensure a constant applicant flow
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare employment offers
  • Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems
