We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team.

Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related field. They must be proficient in QuickBooks and have experience working within the Bill.com platform. Strong understanding of general bookkeeping, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Conduct thorough bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles.

  • Assist with financial audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing position.

  • 2+ years of experience in a startup company.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.

  • Experience working within the Bill.com platform.

  • Strong understanding of general bookkeeping, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in data analysis and performing cost-benefit analysis.
