Project Coordinator

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Azeus Systems Limited, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager and project team members in various administrative activities. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with colleagues from different job functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project tasks and track progress, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Organize and compile data, statistics, and documents as required, including generating reports and summaries.
- Assist in revising document templates and onboarding new team members.
- Provide general administrative support and work with the Quality team to ensure testing artefacts are completed on time.
- Monitor issues and assist in investigating and resolving Quality team concerns.
- Support the Quality team in executing basic application testing and assist the Translation team in encoding translated strings.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work on various administrative tasks and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as good written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with mobile devices and ability to learn mobile applications.
This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity for regular employment.
