The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills required to interact with people in different job functions in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track project tasks, including follow-up with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis
  • Compile artefacts/data/statistics/documents/information in an organized manner as required (e.g. generate report, summary, compilation)
  • Assist in revising document templates as needed
  • Contribute to the on-boarding of new team members
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure timely completion and availability of testing artefacts or requirements
  • Monitor issues and facilitate Quality teams investigation and resolution tracking to closure
  • Support the Quality team in executing basic application testing
  • Assist the Translation team in encoding translated strings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in an IT-related course is preferred
  • Flexible and willing to work on various administrative tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fast learner, analytical, methodical, and well-organized
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in using mobile devices and willingness to be trained on mobile applications

What We Offer:

  • A 6-month contract with opportunities for regular employment
  • A competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
