Job Overview

Transform complex raw inputs into reliable, actionable insights as a detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst.

This role involves advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise to clean and standardize data from multiple sources, building structured reporting libraries and generating performance reports that highlight key marketing and media KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform complex raw inputs into reliable, easy-to-use reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise (pivot tables, complex formulas, custom calculations, data cleaning)
  • Experience analyzing large, unstructured datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Amazon Advertising, retail app data, DSP/ROS feeds)
  • Strong ability to standardize naming conventions and build structured libraries for data inputs
  • Proficiency in creating pivot tables, calculated fields, and performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CVR, SAC, Gross Adds)

Desirable Skills:

  • SQL (joins, grouping, data transformations)
  • BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Basic scripting (VBA, Python) for data automation
  • Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and OTT streaming industry data
