Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales goals by building strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proposal and Reporting: Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, quotations, and sales reports that accurately reflect the company's products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Operations and Accounting, to ensure seamless communication and efficient completion of work assignments.
  • Data Management: Develop and implement effective data collection, updating, and dissemination systems to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing and sending proposals, maintaining account lists and client databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of sales success, combined with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, is essential for this role.
