Project Engineering Role

Mission: To successfully execute engineering projects, ensuring efficient completion, safety, and adherence to established standards.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring work is completed on time and adheres to quality and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to facilitate project execution and resolve issues.
  • Purposefully maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and correspondence.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the integrity of construction processes and materials.
  • Monitor project expenses and contribute to financial forecasting and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Licensed Engineer is preferred.
  • The role involves both office and fieldwork, requiring travel to construction sites.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
