Job Overview

GCash seeks a highly skilled User Experience Innovator to spearhead the conceptualization, design, and execution of new features and products within the Money Transfer team.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop annual and quarterly product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Conceptualize and design innovative products, leveraging data analysis and competitor research to drive decision-making.
  • Map pain points for each product, feature, or process, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Transform product requirements into detailed wireframes and documentation, assessing feature complexity and development resource allocation.
  • Conduct user testing to validate usability and effectiveness of UI/UX designs.
  • Prioritize timely delivery of UI/UX designs, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and successful project implementation.
  • Support Product Owners in testing UI/UX designs during UAT/Demo, ensuring design adherence and UAC sign-off.
