They'll also possess a deep understanding of modern interface trends, design libraries, and best practices, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough UX research to identify user pain points and propose innovative solutions
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and design concepts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams, and workflows to visualize and validate design concepts
• Analyze and document the root causes of UX and usability issues, providing clear solutions rather than just identifying symptoms
• Present design concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical team members
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
• Strong knowledge of modern interfaces, libraries, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes within tight deadlines
