We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional online shopping experiences for customers across various marketplaces.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective customer service through email, phone calls, voicemails, and live chat. Your role will also involve special projects designated by the Team Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts, monitoring their performance on Amazon.
- Represent brands assigned to you, familiarizing yourself with each brand's online selling policies.
- E nsure assigned brands achieve excellent performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders processed through Amazon, the company website, and physical stores by coordinating primarily with the Supplier Management group and other teams.
- Keep customers informed about shipment status updates.
- Confirm, cancel, or process refunds for orders as needed.
- Send notifications for order delays.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to investigate lost packages and defective product claims.
- B uild customer trust and earn positive feedback.
- Maintain internal tools, such as spreadsheets.
- Aid in achieving excellent metrics on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Support the Team Manager and act as point of contact in their absence or when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business or IT-related courses or Statistics.
- Fluent in American English and proficient in writing emails.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of internet navigation.
- Excellent attendance record in previous employment.
- Proactive approach even outside job scope.
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized.
- Availability to work night shifts and rotational weekends.
