Job Summary

We are a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and PPC advertising. Our team is scaling from startup to industry leader, building operational infrastructure to support growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong client relationships through regular communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain positive connections.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices).
