Job Opportunity: IT Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the detailed tasks related to change requests, assessing, prioritizing, and coordinating these requests with the appropriate teams, facilitating meetings, and ensuring proper documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Request Management: Evaluate change requests for Corporate IT to ensure all necessary information has been gathered and properly documented.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to ensure changes are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meetings and Communication: Facilitate regular meetings, prepare agendas, present proposed changes, and document decisions.
  • Documentation and Approval: Maintain comprehensive documentation for each change request, including details of the request, reviews, and approvals.
  • Progress Tracking: Continuously track progress and provide regular updates and detailed reports to relevant parties.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the status and potential impact on operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT Change Management: Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of changes, from record to implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Strong process improvement experience and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification preferred.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate activities across cross-divisional and cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
