Financial Operations Specialist

As a financial operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's growth with exceptional English, strong interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable Cycle: Support the full accounts payable cycle including invoice and payment processing, GL coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships across departments by managing billing and payment issues with timely resolution.
- Credit Card Management: Process corporate credit cards in accordance with internal policies and controls.
- Closing Activities: Assist with month, quarter-end, and annual close activities and prepare reports as requested by senior management.
- Audit and Compliance: Review and Audit credit card statements and charges to ensure entries and limits are correct.
- Process Improvement: Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
- Sales Commission Processing: Liaison between business units to ensure sales commissions are processed on time.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research, competitive intelligence, and other tasks as requested.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, marketing research, and email marketing.
