  • A strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You should have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate discussions between business and IT teams.
  • Experience working as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework is highly desirable.
  • As a self-starter, you must be able to collaborate with the team and clients effectively to deliver high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Facilitating discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals.
  • Preparing UAT test scripts, KT documents, user manuals, and training materials.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows is also desirable.
  • Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
