Job Opportunity

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for various products such as murals, wallpapers, pillows, and blankets. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be crucial in customizing these products based on customer specifications.

Our ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in digital design, file preparation, and color management. They should also have strong knowledge of layout principles and be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Key Responsibilities:
  • File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction. Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
