Head of Employee Benefits and Payroll Administration

As a Payroll and Benefits Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our payroll operations and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and optimizing payroll systems and processes. You will work closely with our HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits processes and provide coaching and development opportunities to your team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective payroll and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage a team of 21 payroll and benefits professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits processes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, taxation, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
- Optimize payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale payroll operations for 1,000 to 3,000 FTEs or more.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
