We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Officer to join our team at A&A Outsourcing Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review aging reports for AR.
  • Resolve issues related to collections, credit memos, and delinquent accounts.
  • Prepare customers' statements of account.
  • Conduct regular collection follow-ups.
  • Accurately record all collections in the VGCI system.
  • Collect and conduct follow-ups of BIR F2307 from customers.
  • Encode and file quarterly SAWT in BIR Alpha list.
  • Scan BIR Form 2307 submitted by customers.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Update daily bank balances and deposits.
  • Monitor invoices for counterfeiting.
  • Print Sales Book and Cash Receipt Book for BIR.
  • Filing and submitting tax documents.
  • Prepare and submit SEC reports.
  • Perform JV entries for AR Non-trade Cash Payments.
  • Monitor bank Loan Payable.
  • Prepare cash flow reports.
  • Audit payroll (mandatory deductions and payments).
  • Monitor VG Employees Cash Advances Deduction.
  • Audit petty cash and other revolving funds.
  • Audit General Ledger Accounts.
  • Record fuel expenses.
  • Audit manpower payroll billing.
  • Check bank statements.
  • Prepare statements of account.
  • Ensure personal business closure requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Staff or Accounts Payable Staff.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
  • Data entry and word processing skills.
  • Well-organized.
  • Graduate in BS Accountancy, newly graduate welcome to apply.
  • Residence nearby Las Piñas or Alabang or Muntinlupa.
