Accountant Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare accurate reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements.
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Performing month-end close activities.
  • Processing monthly revenue tasks.
  • Preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
  • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting accounts receivable tasks.
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving billing issues.
  • Processing monthly payroll activities.
  • Assisting with investor and bank reporting.
  • Managing emails effectively within a ticketing system.
  • Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Experience working with SaaS companies.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
