The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to lead our venue logistics team in the delivery of a seamless supply chain solution for the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the overall planning, implementation, and dissolution process across assigned venues to achieve a cost-effective and operationally viable end-to-end logistics operation.
- Build strong relationships with internal FIFA functions and external stakeholders to capture and assess their requirements, and develop efficient plans and processes for receipt, storage, distribution, re-supply, and dissolution of goods at assigned venues.
- Manage in-venue operational planning and resource scoping sessions to obtain requirements and communicate logistics operational plans, policies, and procedures, as well as agreed service levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, preferably in event management or sports industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of logistics software and systems.
