Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via chat, email, and support tickets. The ideal candidate will have strong written English communication skills, excellent grammar and spelling, and a customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions related to products or services, resolving concerns efficiently while maintaining a courteous and helpful tone, and documenting all interactions and updating customer records accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus
  • Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Previous experience in chat or email support is preferred but not required
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
