**About Us**

Inventory Exchange Holdings is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team.

**Job Description**

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Safety Behavioural Observation and monitor other employee's conduct of SBO to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Evaluate and summarize SBO results, do appropriate actions to correct unsafe behavior and conditions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Update Daily Safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Job Hazard Analysis to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Attend regular SHE meetings to discuss safety concerns and updates.
  • Conduct routine safety inspection of lines and deliver 5-minute safety talks to all lines to promote a culture of safety.
  • Inspect Fire Fighting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Monitor PPE implementation to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conduct Safety orientation for visitors and new employees to ensure they understand our safety policies and procedures.
  • Orient suppliers on Safety protocols to ensure they comply with our expectations.
  • Deliver Safety Training and re-orientation on employees to maintain their knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct fire and emergency drills to prepare employees for emergencies.
  • Update safety manuals and safety signages to ensure they are accurate and effective.
  • Renew government permits as required.
  • Monitor Pest Control implementation to ensure it is done correctly.
  • Liaise with government officials and other entities when required to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Submit SHE weekly and monthly reports to Operation Head to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage risks and maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
