About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to take on a challenging role in occupational health. As a Corporate Nurse, you will be responsible for providing first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injury or illness.

You will also conduct health screenings and assessments as required by company policies, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure confidentiality of all health information.

Your key objective will be to develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being, while collaborating with HR and management to create a safe and healthy work environment.

We are looking for someone with experience in occupational health, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. You should have strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first aid and medical assistance to employees
  • Conducting health screenings and assessments
  • Maintaining accurate medical records
  • Developing and implementing health and wellness programs
  • Collaborating with HR and management to create a safe and healthy work environment
