About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Head to join our team at Concept Three Food Corp. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of food and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Strategically source and procure high-quality supplies, food, and ingredients to meet the rapidly shifting demand.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop a talented team of kitchen staff, with a focus on cross-training to enhance versatility and adaptability.
  • Scheduling: Create efficient schedules for kitchen staff to guarantee adequate coverage, particularly during peak periods like the lunch rush.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct thorough weekly audits to ensure minimal waste and optimal stock control.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Schedule and oversee essential maintenance and repairs for kitchen appliances to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Restaurant Supervisor to design and implement menu changes that reflect seasonal availability and guest preferences.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and personally to guest inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, including weekly and monthly reports, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Ensure the kitchen area meets the highest standards of sanitation and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [5] years of experience as a senior kitchen manager or head chef.
  • Demonstrated expertise in kitchen operations, supply chain management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Salary and Benefits
