Sport Leader Position

Making sport accessible in the community by sharing its benefits with customers and users is a vital part of your role as Sport Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Share the benefits of sports with customers and users to make it accessible in the community. This may include developing promotional strategies, identifying target audiences, and delivering engaging experiences.
  • Sports Journey Support: Visual merchandising, store layouts, and campaigns support customers' sports journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create an immersive experience that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build customer satisfaction and loyalty across all channels through relationship building and excellent experiences. This includes addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized support.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth with promotions, events, and partnerships. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base.
  • Product Management: Manage product availability and make decisions on layout plans, products, and services offered. This involves analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer needs.
