Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making sport accessible in the community by sharing its benefits with customers and users.
  • Supporting customers' sports journey via visual merchandising, store layouts, and campaigns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty across all channels through relationship building and excellent experiences.
  • Driving business growth with promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Managing product availability and making decisions on layout plans, products, and services offered by Decathlon.
