- Conduct quality meetings and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and control quality-related irregularities in the production section.
- Schedule inspections and assign inspectors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and conduct training programs for inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new inspectors on quality inspection methods.
- Monitor and control process inspection status to meet production requirements.
- Assume responsibilities of the superior during their absence, including approving reports and controlling personnel.
- Verify materials and inform production of necessary changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare documents and reports for quality meetings.
- Assist inspectors in creating observation reports for negative observations or nonconformities.
- Contribute to analyzing the cause of cumulative defective units found in the production line.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of plastic injection manufacturing processes.
