About the Job Description

The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing safety strategies, providing training and awareness programs, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Leadership: Develop and implement safety strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Safety Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction activities, and develop plans to prevent accidents and injuries.
  4. Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and HR, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on safety-related matters.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above, no major requirement; Familiar with Philippine HSE requirements.
  • Experience: More than 3 years experience in wind power industry/new energy power industry; Master safety management, electrical, and other professional knowledge.
  • Skills and Abilities: With complex situation control ability, excellent communication and coordination ability, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Languages: English can be used as the working language.
