Procurement Role Overview

This Procurement role involves designing, evaluating and providing reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors.


The incumbent will source and purchase goods, services or raw materials from vendors and suppliers ensuring the company's supply chain operations run smoothly.


  • Design, generate, review and implement reports to support account, client and global sourcing requirements.

The results of these reports along with their relative impacts on the business must be prepared.


  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy using data from multiple sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendations.

Additionally, forecasts and investigations into trends in general business conditions are required.


  • Organize work according to standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

A bachelor's degree is preferred along with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Intermediate math skills are necessary with the ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions and other financial-related calculations.


  • Willingness to work on a mid-shift schedule at 3 PM - 12 MN.
