The Marketing Coordinator role is a vital position within the marketing team. It involves collaborating with the team to deliver design, events, communications, and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking across multiple projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team and third-party vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and adapt marketing content for various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creative work.
- Assist with webinar and event coordination, including scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain HubSpot hygiene and update contact records.
- Apply AI tools for drafting and research.
- Conduct competitor analysis and SEO research.
- Support email marketing build and send campaigns.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field.
- Advanced PowerPoint capabilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep and email workflows.
- Understanding of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and project management platforms.
