Project Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker to lead the execution of high-impact projects, drive business process improvement, and foster collaboration across teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer care projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • They should be able to serve as a bridge between business users and cross-functional partners, capturing detailed requirements and translating them into actionable documentation.
  • A collaborative mindset is essential for working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to document business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Agile project management, including SCRUM, Kanban, and Sprint-based delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, creating actionable deliverables that meet quality expectations.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, user acceptance testing, change management, and business process mapping is required.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Visio, and Jira is necessary for effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for engaging diverse teams and executive stakeholders.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions are essential for success in this role.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly valued.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a customer care organization, with a proven track record in software development lifecycles and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
