Key responsibilities will include:

  • Origination and Processing: Supporting deal teams in originating and completing equity investments, managing due diligence processes, and overseeing monitoring of financial health and development impact of accounts.
  • Knowledge Center for Governance, Risk Advisory, and Development Impact: Helping the team introduce international best practices in corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls at investee companies.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; preferably with a Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of work experience with the private sector in Origination, Processing, and Portfolio management covering equity and capital markets; and at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of multilateral finance institutions' standard operational processes.
  • Ability to guide junior Technical Local staff on work planning, delivery, and quality review.
