Job Overview

The role of Motion Designer involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Engage audiences with creative motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects that drive user interaction and convey key messages.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that meets business objectives.
  • Asset Animation: Bring static design assets to life by animating logos, illustrations, UI elements, and other visual components.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects into polished video content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Platform Optimization: Optimize motion graphics and video content for various platforms, taking into account platform-specific requirements and technical limitations.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in motion design, particularly in iGaming and US sweepstakes.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience (3+ years): Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Industry Expertise (MUST): At least 1 year hands-on experience in motion design for iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience (Critical): Proven track record of creating engaging motion graphics for SaaS products, including explainer videos and UI animations.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Animation Principles: Solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling principles.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: High-quality visual content that showcases creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Language: Advanced English language skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
