We are looking for a highly skilled Product Management Specialist - Travel Industry to join our team at Holiday Factory Package Tour Operator Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of travel packages, including product planning and development, contracting of included services, costing and pricing, sales performance measurement and yield management.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent analytical skills, who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Philippines' Travel and Tourism industry and a strong understanding of the market.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective product strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiating contract rates and terms, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing and maintaining vendor relationships, including contract administration
  • Collaborating with Marketing department to define product marketing spend plan
  • Setting up reservation/booking systems
  • Creating and maintaining accurate package itinerary descriptions
  • Closely collaborating with Marketing department for product description and content creation
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales data to inform pricing and revenue decisions
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve product profitability
  • Collaborating with Destination Management Department to define operational delivery standards
  • Providing training for sales- and reservations staff on travel products and destinations
