We are looking for a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and launching new products, managing existing ones, and optimizing their performance in the travel sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with at least 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector. Previous experience in the Philippines' travel and tourism sector is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with product management, contracting, and pricing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, analyze market trends, and inform product decisions. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with your ability to guide others, will be essential in this role.

This position requires adaptability and the ability to respond to shifting priorities while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, product contracting, planning, and destination familiarization.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of management experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • Previous experience in the Philippines' travel and tourism sector
  • Familiarity with product management, contracting, and pricing
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and data warehousing
