Senior Consultant Position

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by playing a key part in ensuring efficient and effective consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating projects, financial analysis, engagement compliance, and governance requirements across industries and countries.
  • Providing support to engagement teams by coordinating, supporting, or performing tasks that lead to efficient and effective engagement management.
  • Assisting engagements with engagement economics matters, collaborating with Financial Management Associates (FMAs).
  • Working with teams to book staff on MERA or Retain per the Resource Allocation Process.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for assigned engagements.
  • Managing databases and/or websites as knowledge managers for engagement teams.
  • Playing an active role in multi-location engagement coordination and communication, including reporting/remediating unforeseen situations and plan variances.
  • Interfacing regularly with engagement personnel, developing strong working relationships and leveraging information gained to anticipate client needs.
  • Being knowledgeable about services provided and utilizing that knowledge to make suggestions/recommendations.
  • Capturing, distributing, and sharing knowledge and information through agreed-upon channels to key stakeholders.
  • Communicating relevant client information to account teams via regular cross-service line newsletters.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc project work at the request of account teams (both external and internal client-focused).
  • Performing regular checks and reviewing the work of Staff/Associate resources to ensure quality of delivery.
