Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills and Competencies: Solid experience in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong research abilities to identify new market opportunities, proficient in team management and leadership.
