The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recruiting coordinating experience, 1 year of experience using Google suite products, and 1 year of experience working with confidential information such as drafting offers and scheduling internal interviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interviews for candidates with great attention to detail
  • Drafting and sending confidential candidate offers
  • Managing the interview training process for engineers
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system
