Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an exceptional dining experience, and that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Restaurant Operations Manager will supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, ensuring they are properly trained and providing excellent customer service. They will also handle customer complaints and issues, and work to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition to supervising staff and managing customer service, the Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring there is sufficient stock for restaurant operations. They will also be responsible for training and developing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. They will possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be able to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. They will also be customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence, and proficient in POS systems and basic restaurant administration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Hotel/Resort and Restaurant Management or any related course
  • Relevant training and certification in Food & Beverage service operations
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the F&B industry
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic restaurant administration
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
