Filinvest company has an opening for a Waiter/Waitress to join their team at Grafik Pinehouse in Baguio City.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. This role involves working under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization throughout the dining area, equipment, and seating areas before, during, and after service.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the daily opening and closing checklist to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Take orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff to meet customer expectations.
  • Assist in quality checks to ensure food meets safety and hygiene guidelines before serving.
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints gracefully, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Vocational or College-Level education.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City.
