About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst role involves providing financial insights and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and submit financial reports such as Headcount report, Sales, Trial Balance, Supplemental Submission, and disclosures in compliance with GAAP.
  • Perform controls and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly closing activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel.
