Based in Manila, this Full Time role is based at our Head Office.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. This key position involves developing detailed project schedules and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with project managers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • You will be responsible for updating and adjusting schedules based on project changes and delays, as well as monitoring progress and comparing it to the project schedule.
  • An important aspect of this role is identifying potential risks and delays and assisting in developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • In addition to managing schedules, you will also prepare reports on project progress and status for project managers and other stakeholders.
  • To manage and track schedules effectively, we use project management software. You will need to be proficient in using this tool.
  • This is a safety-critical role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring all project activities are carried out in compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • You will participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input and advice to support the success of our projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
  • A collaborative approach to working with others, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
