The Position

We are looking for a skilled Claims Specialist who will be responsible for handling end-to-end claim processing, providing guidance to team members, and achieving team objectives. The position will focus on medical claims as well as other insurance lines under Employee Benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with insurers, policyholders, and stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely manner.
  • Gather and evaluate claims data to determine their validity.
  • Process claims efficiently according to service level agreements (SLAs).
