Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and validate financial statements, NAV calculations, and other client deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.

  2. Apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to complex transactions and operational procedures, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.

  3. Maintain strong knowledge of client-specific requirements and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to preparers.

  4. Support AMs in coordinating with cluster partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

  5. Contribute to and support process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity.

  6. Provide basic technical guidance to preparers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

  2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience, 3 years of which are in fund accounting, or financial reporting, or audit.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
