Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team as a Creative & Administrative Assistant.

This key member will be responsible for designing visually engaging presentations using Figma Slides, researching marketing prospects, and assisting with email management and lead research.

Independence and meeting deadlines without micromanagement are expected while maintaining high organization and responsiveness.

Contributing to a positive work environment by participating in company-sponsored events and activities is also anticipated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation Designer: Design visually appealing presentations using Figma Slides, interpret design briefs or high-level guidance, apply current trends while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Marketing Support: Research relevant prospects from RIBA and NBS libraries, compile and submit lead lists to the UK-based telemarketing team, assist in social media content creation and scheduling.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Figma Slides with a strong portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary design trends.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and reliable.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience in email management, lead research, or marketing administration.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
