Accounting Specialist Position

This role is responsible for managing core accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial support duties.

  • Enter all supplier invoices into a relevant software and/or QuickBooks
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions
  • Perform general clerical support and resolve accounting issues as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook)

This is a home-based position that requires working U.S. CST hours.
