Responsabilidades
  • Dirigir proyectos para maximizar el impacto positivo y minimizar cualquier riesgo o problema.
  • Comunicar con clientes internos y externos sobre el progreso, riesgos e incidencias del proyecto.
  • Validar soluciones con los clientes asegurando que se cumplan las necesidades previamente definidas.
  • Identificar y documentar las responsabilidades de cada miembro del equipo.
  • Administrar cambios en el ámbito del proyecto y gestionar las peticiones de cambio.
  • Planificar y coordinar reuniones con el equipo de proyecto y clientes.
  • Supervisar la calidad del trabajo realizado por los analistas y programadores.
  • Colaborar en reuniones de pre-venta y elaboración de cotizaciones para nuevos proyectos.
  • Promover una cultura de innovación dentro del equipo.

Requisitos
  • Título universitario en informática, logística o transporte.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en transporte y logística.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en tecnología y herramientas relacionadas.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Experiencia demostrable en gestión de proyectos.
  • Orientación al cliente interno y externo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con áreas multidisciplinares.
